Take your virtual holiday celebration beyond the screen with creative activities that give participants something to make, taste, or enjoy together.
A virtual holiday event becomes much more memorable when participants have something to do with their hands. Instead of spending the entire celebration watching a screen, a guided activity gives employees an opportunity to learn, create, and share the experience with their coworkers.
Our Holiday Activity format starts with a complimentary AI holiday photobooth or trivia before moving into a hands-on experience. Teams can choose from activities such as chocolate making, cookie decoration, succulent terrariums, cocktail or mocktail making, ice cream floats, Dubai chocolate making, and holiday wine tasting.
What the 60 Minutes Look Like
After a short welcome, participants spend around 10 minutes with the AI photobooth or trivia. The main portion of the event is then dedicated to the selected activity for approximately 40 minutes. An activity host guides participants through the process, so they can follow along without needing to figure out the steps themselves. The final few minutes give everyone time to finish, show what they made, or share their experience.
Activity kits are provided where applicable, with participants receiving the relevant information and instructions ahead of the event. Depending on the event setup, companies can also select more than one activity, with the applicable activity host fee for each.
This type of celebration is particularly useful for teams looking for something different from the usual trivia, bingo, or game night. It gives everyone a shared experience they can talk about while also creating something along the way.
Whether your team is decorating cookies, making chocolate, or building a small terrarium, a hands-on activity can make a virtual holiday gathering feel much more personal and interactive.
